We had a great 2004 year, shown only locally for 3 shows, "Smoke" performed under saddle, with the expertise of our trainer Erin Ball. It started out slow, due to our breeding schedual.

In his first schooling show , he placed 2ond, 4th, and 1st, in three different walk - trot classes ,with over 12 horses in each of his classes. We showed him at the Western States American Buckskin Congress where "Smoke" performed very well. Receiveing at the end of the show ,the Award of WSABC 2004 RESERVE BEST OF SHOW GREEN HORSE. Then the season ended with a bang. In his last show of the season , he took first place in all classes, under saddle. All with only about three months of speratic training with Erin Ball. His Year End Honors include:

We are definatley looking forward to "Smoke's" 2005 Year. And are starting it out by nominating him to the first ALL BREEDS STALLION AUCTION put on by the Idaho Buckskin Breeders Association.Comming this January 23, 2005 at the Canyon County Fairgrounds, in Caldwell, Idaho. More about S&R Horses

“S&R Horses” is family owned and opperated, by Sandra and Ray Jensen. Our ranch is located in beautiful farm country, west of Wilder Idaho. It has a great veiw of the Snake River and The great Owyhee Mountains. Our focus is on only one stallion, with his small brood mare band. Our breeding program is aimed at producing horses with gentle disposition, eye pleasing, good, conformation ,with enough bone and feet to keep them sound, all with great color. If you are looking for these qualities in a stallion , with the bonus of this stiking grullo color, look no farther.

We enjoy “ Smoke” for his heart and mind. Sandra handles him, and often hauls and shows him on her own. We are looking forward to his 2005 showing season, and showing of his foal for the first time. Ofcourse all with the fine expertise of our trainer,
Erin Ball.

We would like to take this moment to thank Erin for her kind, gentle, professional training. Which without we would not be, where we are today. We look forward to continue working with her. If you are interested in a great trainer for your horse, I highly recomend Erin Ball. She can be reached at Erin Ball Performance Horses, Horse training from "Start to Finish" e-mail address: ball@fiberpipe.net. Thanks again Erin, you are highly appriciated!

Please email, call or stop by the ranch to learn more about this fine young stallion. At S&R Horses, we enjoy meeting new people, making new friends and just talking horses.
